For Oddsmakers we tackle Midway once again, Sonic Unleashed, Persona 4, Dead Rising 2, Heroes (tv show) game, and Chocoboz. Yes, with a Z for added effect.
I rise from the grave this week and bring you my Game of the Week, which is Resident Evil 2 in honor of Capcom’s new PSN storefront. (Hey, it made sense at the time!)
For the Classic POC segment Dan and Jarrod debate Fallout 3’s censorship in Crazy Rising Sun Land Japan, lots’o sales numbers, Rare’s snub to poor gamers, Sonic’s Ultimate Genesis Collection, moderated custom content on LBP and GHWT, and also Metal Gear Solid’s military advisor is in the slammer. Guess why?

We got King of Fighters talk, LittleBigPlanet, and a lot of other stuff coming down the chute. Also, a word on the next Stephen Spielberg game, and a whole lot of discussion on how the economic crisis is affecting the gaming industry.
Oh yeah, and The Beatles say hello to Rock Band while EA says goodbye to 600 employees. See what I did there? Yeah. I’m not proud of it either.

It’s a tragic tale of an organ that no longer plays the right tune, and the attempt to beat life into it again. Of course we’re action-packed with TGS related news discussion! Hell yeah, we’re there! (in spirit). The guys that made Otogi are at it again, a new Halo expansion on the horizon, Obama in Paradise, MORE Castlevania, Gamecock, No More Heroes, Starcraft II, and Marvel vs Capcom 2 (and other things…jeez…)
Open your eyes. Open your hearts and minds. Transform into Pause or Continue Mecha Z 23 - Batteries Not Included. (It’s steam-powered, duh.)
We cover the big Nintendo conference news this episode which includes everything from Cave Story to the new DSi, and perhaps a solution to the Wii’s crowded fridge problem. We also discuss the classic game series “Matt Hazard”, his legacy on modern gaming, and the long-awaited sequel due out in ‘09. There’s also classic Gamecube titles being Wiimade for the Wii. What an idea!
Jarrod talks about Rogue Galaxy for his game of the week.
